What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer direct factory pricing. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design, per color, per size.
How do you ensure quality?
All goods are inspected for quality before shipment. We will send you photos for your review prior to dispatch.
Do you provide samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer sample development services. For clients who proceed with a confirmed order, the sample fee will be refunded after the order is placed.
How can I make payment?
You can pay via T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, or PayPal. We require a 30% deposit to start production, with the remaining 70% balance settled before shipment.
What shipping methods are available?
We can ship via EMS, DHL, UPS, FedEx (express), or sea freight. You are welcome to choose the method that best suits your needs.
